Return Policy – Ausamics

At Ausamics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, certain guidelines must be followed for returns.

Eligibility for Returns
Only regularly stocked items are eligible for return.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.

Custom, special order, perishable, or temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ausamics.com with your order details.

Returns are only accepted upon our approval. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Any return without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking
All shipping costs for returns, including both the original and return freight, are the responsibility of the customer.

A minimum 35% restocking fee may apply to accepted returns, at our discretion.

No refund or credit will be issued until the returned items are received and inspected to confirm they are in resellable condition.


Customers are responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Proof of delivery is required for all return shipments.
